The American Home and Commercial Products Association (HCPA) released the latest survey report on aerosol pressurized products this year. The report mainly introduces the production of aerosol products in the United States and Puerto Rico, focusing on the growth of each category and the most innovative aerosol products.

Automatic aerosol filling machine or semi automatic aerosol filling are the most common equipment in such aerosol products production. Valve insertion machine, weight check machine, water bath leakage detection machine, actuator placing machine and cap pressing machine are also used to complete a whole aerosol production line.

1. Insecticide aerosol

The output in 2019 was 245 million cans, a decrease of 14% from last year (2018 production was 285 million cans)

2. Spray paint

The output in 2019 was 463.5 million cans, an increase of 1.5% from last year (the output in 2018 was 457 million cans)

3. Household aerosol

The output in 2019 was 1.045 billion cans, a decrease of 8.2% from last year (1.1 billion cans in 2018)

4. Personal care aerosol

The output in 2019 was 822.8 million cans, a decrease of 5.1% from last year (the output in 2018 was 866.6 million cans)

5. Animal supplies aerosol

The output in 2019 was 1.35 million cans (1.3 million cans in 2018)

6. Automobiles, lubricants and industrial aerosol

The output in 2019 was 503 million cans, a decrease of 1% from last year (2018 output was 508 million cans)

7. Food aerosol

The output in 2019 was 571.2 million cans, a decrease of 1.1% year-on-year (the output in 2018 was 577.9 million cans)

8. Other aerosol

The output in 2019 was 19.09 million cans, a decrease of 9% from last year (the output in 2018 was 21 million cans)
