Aerosol Spray Cap Pressing Capping Machine composed of four parts: the automatic cover feeding, sorting, rotating and buckling. Full automatic control, without manual operation, saving time and effort. Automatic stop in condition of cover or tank absence, making it safe and reliable. Suitable for buckling requirement of different specifications of aerosol tanks. Can reduce labor by 1-2, improving productivity, making it an ideal choice for manufacturers of aerosol.
Aerosol Spray Cap Pressing Capping Machine consists of a cap vibration hopper and a main machine. caps arranged by the hopper enter a channel and directly slide into notches of a starwheel. The combined starwheel of the big cap machine feeds caps and aerosol cans into a pressing cap station. The cap opening are pressed onto can’s top through the channel when pressing.
